New arrangement of Electronic Dissemination of Corporate Communications

Pursuant to Rule 16.04A of the Rules Governing the Listing of Securities on GEM of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited (the
“Stock Exchange”) (the “GEM Listing Rules”) that came into effect on 31 December 2023, Baijuyi Holdings Group Limited (the
“Company”) has adopted electronic dissemination of the Corporate Communications. No printed copies of Corporate Communications
will be mailed out to you except by request. Please note that both the English and Chinese versions of all future Corporate
Communications will be available electronically on the website of the Company at (www.bjyholdings.com) and the website of the Stock
Exchange at www.hkexnews.hk (the “Website Version”) in place of printed copies.

The Company will notsend a notice of publication of thewebsite version ofCorporate Communications to you. The Shareholders
are encouraged to proactively monitor the availability of all future Corporate Communications on the websites and access the
Website Version of Corporate Communications by yourselves.

As a non-registered shareholder, if you wish to receive corporate communications from the Company pursuant to the GEM Listing Rules,
you should liaise with your bank(s), broker(s), custodian(s), nominee(s) or HKSCC Nominees Limited through which your Shares are
held (collectively, the “Intermediaries”) and provide your email address to your Intermediaries.
