苍松立崖三十载，非凭疾风摧不倒之刚，更赖初心映日之纯。世间成事者，从非临岸观潮的迟疑者，非畏首畏尾的踯躅者，更非患得患失的算计者。娃娃持勺舀豆，眼随豆转，手随心动，不因半勺洒落而停箸，不因旁人笑语而分神。这份“主动”，是万物生长的密码，如《淮南子》所云“临渊羡鱼，不如退而结网”，机遇从不在观望的眼底，而在伸出的手中；价值从不在犹豫的胸中，而在躬行的足下。

溪流奔海，不因石阻而改向，不因浅滩而滞留，方聚成万顷碧波；行者登山，不因苔滑而驻足，不因坡陡而回头，终凌绝顶而小天下。若为眼前砂石绊脚，便失却远方的山川；若为当下微利折腰，便辜负长远的星空。所谓谨小慎微，于开拓之路实为裹足之茧——创新从来不是精密计算后的万无一失，而是心怀赤诚的放手一搏；突破从来不是畏难避险后的顺理成章，而是敢闯无人区的独辟蹊径。

“娃娃吃豆”，本就与失误共生。落豆是常态，拾豆是成长；跌倒是过程，站起是结果。寒梅傲霜，非经霜雪浸骨，难有暗香浮动；宝剑锋利，非经千锤百炼，怎成削铁之器。郑板桥笔下“千磨万击还坚劲，任尔东西南北风”，恰是这份赤子心的注脚。它不是百无一失的侥幸，而是屡败屡战的勇毅；不是浅尝辄止的轻率，而是永不懈怠的执着。跌倒时以土为阶，受挫时以汗为墨，方能在再试一次中，走出柳暗花明。

三十三载栉风沐雨，高能环境恰如那立崖苍松，既怀猛士吞牛的气概，更需守“娃娃吃豆”的初心。海外拓疆路远，矿业探路途艰，新程纵有千难万险，只要我们永葆这份不问得失、只问耕耘的纯粹，以赤子心为炬，以屡败屡战为戈，尽人事而听天命，便终能让初心之光照亮更远征途，让基业之树在新土中扎下更深根脉。

For thirty years, the pine has stood firm on the cliff—not merely by the rigidity to resist fierce winds, but more by the purity of its original aspiration glowing under the sun. Those who achieve great things in the world are never hesitators watching the tide from the shore, hesitant dawdlers shrinking back, or calculators worrying about gains and losses. A child scooping beans with a spoon keeps eyes on the beans and hands moving with the heart, never stopping for spilled half-spoons or distracted by others' laughter. This "proactivity" is the code to all growth, just as Huainanzi puts it: "Instead of envying the fish in the abyss, it is better to return and weave a net." Opportunities lie not in the eyes of onlookers but in outstretched hands; value resides not in hesitant hearts but in the steps of practical action.

Streams rush to the sea, never changing course for stone barriers or lingering in shoals, thus converging into vast blue waves; travelers climb mountains, never pausing for slippery moss or turning back for steep slopes, eventually standing atop the peak to gaze down at the world. If tripped by pebbles at hand, you lose sight of distant mountains; if bending for trivial profits, you let down the distant starry sky. What is called "overcautiousness" is actually a cocoon binding steps on the path of exploration—innovation is never foolproof after precise calculations, but a bold leap with pure devotion; breakthrough is never a matter of course after avoiding hardships, but blazing a unique trail in uncharted territory.

" A child scooping beans" inherently coexists with mistakes. Dropping beans is normal, picking them up is growth; falling is a process, rising is the outcome. Plum blossoms stand proudly against frost—only through bone-chilling frost and snow can their faint fragrance waft; a sword grows sharp—only after a thousand tempers can it become a weapon cutting through iron. Zheng Banqiao's line, "Through a thousand trials and blows, it remains firm and unyielding; Let the winds blow from east, west, south, or north!" is exactly the footnote to this pure childlike heart. It is not the luck of being foolproof, but the courage to fight on despite repeated failures; not the recklessness of superficial attempts, but the perseverance of unremitting effort. When falling, take soil as steps; when frustrated, use sweat as ink—only by trying again can we find a path of hope after hardship.

After thirty-three years of trials and hardships, BGE is just like that pine on the cliff—possessing the courage of a warrior who dares to tackle great challenges, and more importantly, upholding the original aspiration of "a child scooping beans." Expanding overseas is a long journey, exploring the mining industry is arduous. No matter how many hardships and dangers lie ahead in the new journey, as long as we always retain this purity of focusing on efforts rather than gains and losses, take the pure childlike heart as a torch and perseverance in repeated battles as a spear, do our best and let fate take its course, we will ultimately let the light of the original aspiration illuminate a longer journey and make the tree of the foundation take deeper roots in new soil.
