Board of Directors meeting at which this report was deliberated.

The profit distribution plan approved by the Board of Directors of the

Company is as follows: on the basis of 637,749,349 shares, a cash dividend of

CNY0.80 (tax included) will be paid to all shareholders for every 10 shares; 0

bonus shares (tax included) will be given, and the reserved funds will not be

converted into additional capital.
