The Board of Directors and its members and senior executives of the Company

of Directors for deliberation of this semi-annual report.

The profit distribution proposal reviewed and approved by the Board of
Directors at this meeting is as follows: Based tentatively on 3,068,717,398 shares
[Note], which is the total share capital of 3,073,421,680 shares as of July 31, 2026
after deducting 4,704,282 repurchased shares held in the special repurchase
account, a cash dividend of RMB 2.00 (tax inclusive) per 10 shares will be
distributed to all shareholders. No bonus shares (tax inclusive) will be issued,
and no capitalization of capital reserves will be made.
