Announcement on Q1 2025 Performance Online
Roadshow

The Company and all members of the Company’s Board of Directors confirm that
all information disclosed herein is true, accurate and complete, with no false or
misleading statement or material omission.

I. General Information and Meeting Time

The announcement date of the First Quarter 2025 Report of ADAMA Ltd.
(hereinafter referred to as “the Company”) is April 29th, 2025, on the website of
Shenzhen Stock Exchange (www.szse.cn) and designated media channels.

To enable investors better understand the Company’s business updates for the 1st
quarter of 2025, the Company plans to organize Q1 2025 Performance Online
Roadshow at 15:00-16:00 Beijing Time on May 7th, 2025 (Wednesday).

II. Meeting Language

The online roadshow will be conducted in English with simultaneous translation
into Chinese. Investors could select Chinese or English channels according to their
needs.
III. Company Participants

Mr. Gal Hili, the President and CEO of the Company; Ms. Efrat Nagar, the CFO;
and Mr. Guo Zhi, Board Secretary will attend the meeting.
