Chapter I. Important notes, contents and definitions

The board of directors, the directors and senior managers of the company shall guarantee that the
contents of the semi-annual report are true, accurate and complete without any false records, misleading
statements or major omissions, and shall bear individual and joint legal liabilities.

Wang Jiyuan, the person in charge of the company, Sun Najuan, the person in charge of the accounting
work, and Xuan Songtao, the person in charge of the accounting organization (the person in charge of the
accounting) declare that they guarantee the truthfulness, accuracy and completeness of the financial report in
the semi-annual report.

All directors have attended the meeting of the board of directors to review the semi-annual report.

In the third section of this report, "Management Discussion and Analysis", under "X. Risks Faced by the
Company and Countermeasures", the company has detailedly described the possible risks in its operations
and the countermeasures. Investors are kindly requested to pay attention to the relevant content.

The company does not plan to distribute cash dividends, do not send bonus shares, do not increase
capital stock with accumulation fund.
