Principal of the Company Wang Zhikai, Head of Accounting Lu Yuhe and Head of
Accounting Institution (Accounting Supervisor) Lu Chengjun hereby confirm that the
Financial Report of Semi-Annual Report 2024 is authentic, accurate and complete.

All Directors have attended the board meeting for deliberation of this Report.
